As an intern, I carried out a long-term deep-dive market research and analysis of a novel financial service, and devised a strategic/investment recommendation based on it. I introduced my findings and recommendation both as a written report and as a presentation to the executive board. Additionally, I worked in team within a pressing timeframe to produce a report on a current market opportunity, which the company decided to follow through on.

Being part of the executive team organising the 2019 TEDxOxford conference was a thoroughly rewarding experience, and allowed me to refine my organisational, teamwork, customer communication, and leadership skills. In my role as the Delegates Officer, I carried out market research and established relationships with companies to design gift bags with 35% price reduction from last year. Subsequently, I planned and coordinated manufacture and assembly of 1700 gift bags in time for the conference. In addition, I selected and managed a team of 18 volunteers, ensuring smooth running of the conference. Throughout our work, I continually liaised with the other departments, ensuring efficient and synergetic functioning of the committee.
