Managing top affiliate & digital relationships in Russia, Baltics, Ukraine and CIS across all of the Paramount's portfolio of channels: Nickelodeon, Nick Jr, Paramount Comedy, Paramount Channel, MTV and digital content.

Achievements:• Was a driving force behind launching an international original content production for digital platforms in collaboration with French partners;• Successfully created and developed premises (Bibles, profiles of characters, pilot scripts) for a series and a feature movie. The movie has been shot in 2021.Key responsibilities:• Generating original content in co-production between Russia and France;• Leading the complete creative process: pitching, developing, scouting of authors, identifying partners and projects;• Researching trends and new contents.

Achievements:• Successfully launched a new department and secured a three-year investment strategy. Dramatically increased total box office, by 165.3%. Minimized accounts receivable – with only 0.41% of the 2019 revenue left to be received by the end of Q1 2020. Optimized P&A costs by achieving regular discounts from suppliers in the range from 15% to 30%.• Released 21 films theatrically, acquired 37 titles for multiple rights distribution in Russia and CIS, closed the deals with the biggest sellers of independent movies, such as Lionsgate, Studiocanal and Mr. Smith, and established contacts with the essential international sellers.• The CIS box office of the movie Arctic became the 3rd international box office result after France and the Netherlands with the help of a promo based on the Mads Mikkelsen tour in Moscow. 153% of the project’s pay back.• Increased the number of cinema partners for theatrical releases from 139 up to 712.Key responsibilities:• Launching and developing theatrical distribution from scratch: budgeting, devising business and marketing strategies, P&L and operations management, processes and costs optimization.• HR and team building (19 employees): initiating and driving sales activities, tracking and optimizing timelines, building in-corporate processes, controlling interdepartmental work, creating opportunity for the team to expand their experience; • Acquiring films at international film markets, contracting with local producers;• Communicating with B2B partners, including exhibitors, VOD-platforms, PR and media promotions agencies, production companies, TV channels, CIS sublicensees, event managers. Partners’ events organizing and holding public presentations.

Achievements:• Maintained a stable revenue of the department and the client base: +3.25% annual revenue in 2019 compared to 2018, while in general the print press market declined by 18%;• Made ‘Booker’s Bulletin’ a number one brand in b2b film business media, have 3 times increased its citation index in mass media.Key responsibilities:• Operating management: elaborating the budget needs, developing the business strategy, team building, controlling advertisement and subscribe sales;• Publishing a weekly newsletter e-zine and a monthly printed magazine: planning, editing, defining an editorial policy, fact-checking, writing articles etc.;• Networking with clients and partners, promoting the brand, participating in Russian and international conferences, film markets, festivals.
