Bollier Ciccone LLP is an Austin, Texas boutique law practice focused on family and commercial law and litigation in Travis County, Williamson County, Hays County, and throughout Central Texas.

Studied and practice various holistic wellness modalities. This is my private practice and a passion of mine. I teach classes and consult one on one with clients, in addition to writing articles to educate the curious and outside-the-box thinkers.

Provide full HR support to this family law practice, led by a mover and a shaker in family law. Key focus is on exemplary project management. Generalist duties include recruiting, employee relations, benefits and compensation, HRIS/payroll, event planning, facilities management, commercial insurance, retirement plan oversight, and more. Recently led the effort to market and brand the firm in a new way, starting with overhauling the website and diving into social media, a first for my employer. Also led the move from downtown after more than 20 years in the same location, which was a very challenging undertaking.

After working as a teacher, counselor and human resources professional, real estate is a natural segue way to serving clients by helping them successfully buy or sell residential property, supporting them from the early stages through closing and beyond. Home really IS where the heart is!

Reported directly to the CEO with full-scale HR responsibilities for this agricultural chemical company based in San Francisco (and now in Cary, NC)...quite a switch for a Whole Foods shopping gal. This was an entirely new industry for me, at an organization headed by the best boss I've ever had...a truly inspirational leader.

Departmental oversight across 17 locations. My key role as the head of HR through multiple mergers & acquisitions really honed my leadership skills and put me through my paces. I got to do it all and I LOVED it!
