Worked in the Cognizant Business Consulting unit as a business consultant for the Student Lending (Discover Bank) project involving Deposits and Lending. Reviewed and finalized the test scenarios covering the three main work streams of Student Lending – Originations and Disbursements, Servicing, and Collections and Recovery. Conducted discussion groups with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to further understand requirements and also rationalize the need for specific requirements. Held mentoring sessions for new team members on functional aspects of the requirements and Student Lending.

Project 1: Client Management Systems: FATCA (Royal Bank of Scotland - RBS)Worked as a business consultant for a project to redesign existing client management systems for Mortgages in RBS to make it compliant with the new FATCA regulations within the required timelines. I created the Functional Specification document for Phase I of the project and interacted with the UK-based client on a daily basis to finalize requirements. I conducted multiple documentation walkthrough sessions with the client within tight deadlines to obtain the clients’ sign-off on the same.Project 2: Corporate Account Opening Improvement Program (Royal Bank of Scotland - RBS)Worked as a business consultant for a project to redesign the existing online corporate account opening forms of RBS with the goal to create a seamless experience for a customer. I formulated requirement gathering through iterative lo-fi prototyping of designs and requirements and conducted daily catch-up calls with the UK-based clients. I created 32 lo-fi prototypes and 4 final design prototypes using the software Axure RP Pro of the new application forms to incorporate highly agile requirements from the client. I trained all new analysts in the team on current and future requirements of the project and compiled the Functional Specification Document for the project for developers' use during coding.

 Worked as a specialist in AdWords and reviewed the solutions provided to advertisers as per specific quality criteria. Conducted trainings for employees on more complex aspects of the AdWords software and served as a point of contact for any advanced or complicated advertiser queries. Trained 350+ staff over 4 weeks in a new criterion for assessing performance in customer support.
