I worked as a consultant in client projects delivering conversational interfaces, based on Talkamatic's outstanding dialogue engine.

My work consisted of establishing a test bed for sustainability and built environments research in my local community, Hammarby sjöstad. I organised events, enabled meetings and connected local stakeholders to their collaborators in the scientific community.

For several years, I supported families before, during and after birth to the best possible experience and outcomes. I worked in different constellations, with likeminded people, among others: Doulakompaniet, 2006-2021 (owner and doula), Profylaxgruppen (doula and birth preparation coach), 2006-2009, Föd Med Stöd (ceo, birth preparation coach), 2014-2015 and Livet i familjen (family coach), 2014-2016.I also ran my own gardening company, Hammarby Sjöstads trädgårdstjänst 2013 - 2016 which specialized in fruit tree pruning and teaching house owners to look after their own trees.

At Artificial Solutions I shared my time between delivering projects to our customers, and creating new products based on customer needs. The customers at the time were both in the public and private sector; Försäkringskassan, IKEA, Agria, Transportstyrelsen, Vägverket, Telenor, etc. The R&D work resulted in a patent for the Teneo Conversational AI product engine (see patents below).

I dealt with customer requests via phone and email, managed the web shop, prepared print material for magazine ads, e-mail renewal campaigns to ensure high retention, prepared sales material for consumer products and b2b materials for our sales officers and kept track of stock and distributed orders to retailers in Sweden. Also regularly conducted sales promoting activities such as b2b contests.

In my time at SICS (now RISE) I was primarily employed to work within the DUMAS project, with developing adaptable natural language interfaces. Some of the resulting work is listed in the publications section.

I was responsible for programming the software and to analyse a large set of job advertisements, using the same tool to create a taxonomy of job seeker qualities as described in the application texts. The resulting work was published in 1999 (see publications). The work was carried out at kollegium SSKKII at Gothenburg University.
