Serves as a PEBA Retirement System and Deferred Compensation subject-matter expert. Leads team activities to ensure that bi-weekly payroll transactions are consistently accurate and on schedule. Oversees the secure electronic data exchanges between the HRIS, finance interfaces, and the County's insurance enrollment platform.Performs the daily administration of the County's self-funded medical plans and wellness programs for eligible active employees, retirees, and COBRA participants.
