• Independently drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements and documents that are signed with partners and clients (NDAs, Affiliate Addendums, Resale Agreements, Resale teaming agreements, renewals and amendments, among others).• Analyzing and proposing solutions to complex contract issues.• Identifying and escalating issues.• Handling the communication with internal clients, business teams and stakeholders on various legal matters.• Maintaining contract compliance in line with company policies and procedures.

Partner on boarding, contracts modifications, mergers and acquisitions, terminations of agreements;Partner Performance Review coordination with the country stakeholders;Step-by-step guidance for account managers on contracts solutions;Resolution of intermediate to complex partner contract issues;Communication using the most appropriate channels, frequency;Contractual data research and report creation as per business requirements;Contractual template and letter creation and dispatching.

Working on various domains of law (i.e. Banking&Finance - proof reading agreements and other related documents, reviewing CP's, preparing a presentation on "Ways to terminate the Facility Agreement"; Corporate law - drafting statements of claim and/or defense regarding dispute resolution matters; Pharma - reviewing documents; Employment - working on matters regarding the Internship Law).
