Internship at the Department of Public Works and Services. Responsible for receiving requests from the public via email, phone, and in person. Organized and updated orders in progress spreadsheets and distributed tasks to the responsible departments.

Responsible for organizing and sending weekly agendas to other team members, as well as scheduling and participating in meetings regarding past and/or future partnerships. My duties also included organizing and categorizing files and creating spreadsheets, primarily focused on international higher education. I also participated in the organization and logistics teams for the International Education Fairs, an annual event hosted by Best in Cuiabá that typically features around 50 partner institutions.

Since 2007, I participated in almost all the programs offered by the organization. Starting in 2015, I held more significant roles for the organization's development, such as a member of the Leadership Training Committee, leader of three delegations, and staff for three other camps. These experiences deepened my understanding of CISV's four pillars: sustainable development, human rights, peaceful conflict resolution, and diversity, as well as enhanced my knowledge of leadership training tools, both personal and professional.

The Junior Branch is the youth leadership of the organization. During my two years as a representative of JB Londrina, we assisted the chapter in developing activities outside of camps, recruiting youth, and planning events (both for the chapter and the JB itself). The Junior Branch activities focus on community building, skill development, and promoting peace through education. It is in the JB that we organize events and activities in partnership with other chapters and NAs to exchange experiences and continuously improve the organization and its reach.
