- I worked in an organisational development Project (MATRIX project) aiming at a benefit analysis on the implementation of an electronic management tool for applications of regulated products by the EFSA: The collection of all data requirements for the compilation of an application´s dossier, described in EFSA´s guidelines per regulatory area. The compilation of a database in a format that could be used as input for the elaboration of the data model. To gain knowledge in the stakeholders involved in the lifecycle of an application i.e. applicants, EFSA staff, panel members, Member states, the European Commission and others. I actively participated to the meetings with the contractor who provided the data modelling methodology.- In the area of Quality I provided support linked to the document handling and legislation analysis in the EU policies for the preparation of the report “Mapping of the GLP obligation in the area of regulated products”- In the area of Policy development, I provided support linked to the document handling, word processing and proof reading of the EFSA Scientific report on “Indicative timelines for submitting additional or supplementary information to EFSA during the risk assessment process of regulated products.
