Tasks and duties:#Run analyses and identify opportunities for business growth#Work with key stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, develop and quantify improvement recommendations, implement process improvements, and work in a culture of continuous improvement#Work closely with internal Creative, Product Development, and Customer Experience teams to ensure a seamless customer experience#Manage daily operations including supply chain, commerce, legal, and customer support to ensure that all systems are operating without issues and meeting established goals#Lead warehouse operations, inventory management and day to day operations#Learn everything about our current processes today and help us optimize and scale them for tomorrow. You will envision what needs to be built, prove it with data, and help it get built#Monitor and analyze business trends, identifying opportunities and risks to Luxy Hair, and proposing ops or product solutions
