Administration and Finance DepartmentEvent Services Work with the EMS system to book events on campus for student organizations as well as for third parties. A certified student for their student organization must fill out a Student Event Request Form. He or she must provide us with what their needs are for our department to make sure that the event runs smoothly. I am in charge of helping create the reservation from scratch. This by adding the facilities, parking, and risk for the event. CSULB Scholarship Implementation Team Implementing the scholarship application to improve the experience of the student applicants. CSULB transitioned to AcademicWorks to improve student’s scholarship management processes. I work with the Scholarship Implementation Team to updating the scholarships that are online before they go live. Had the opportunity to work on contacting students from CSULB to run a test on AcademicWorks. The feedback was used to keep on improving the new resource.

In charge of the front customer service. Providing the drivers with the money they needed for their deliveries, and making sure the correct amount was returned. Closed the register with over 200 transactions on the weekends. Also the first female delivery driver, making sure the food would reach their destination on time. Customer satisfaction.

Teaching children fun methods to learn math and reading. In charge of approximately 30 to 45 students from ages 3 to 6.
