As a Product Designer at a start-up tech company (PT. Hyppe Teknologi Indonesia) that focuses on social media to protect the digital assets of a creator and provide buying and selling content, I have a key role in improving user experience, creating, and revamping the company’s product (app and website): Responsibilities: - Worked closely with Product Managers, fellow designers, Head of Product, and UX Writer to provide user-centered design solutions that complemented corporate goals- Led and fully contributed to the evolution of the design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency.- Performed user research to gather data and insights about user behavior, preferences, pain points, and offered practical design suggestion- Generated, brainstormed, and resolved issues when developing a feature. - Iterated designs to improve the user experience based on input from users and usability testing.- Created user flows, prototypes, and intuitive user behavior diagrams to solicit input and communicate design concepts.- Planned, arranged, and managed the transfer of design files from the product team to the development team, making sure the latter consistently adhered to the design outcome requirements.Achievements / Accomplishments: - Redesigned the homepage of the Hyppe app for more intuitive user behavior, better interface, and experience- Redesigned landing page for Hyppe's official website that is convenient and up-to-date- Designed a HyppeConsole for operational web admins to manage all ecosystems in HyppeApp and HyppeBusiness, empowering effective management of various aspects. - Revamped ads on HyppeApp, Business, and Console, improving system, interface, information, and experience.- Increased user satisfaction when creating content with dynamic filters on the camera- Designed live streaming on Hyppe to increase user engagement and retention and growing market demand - Helped User Acceptance Test (UAT) before the feature or product release
