-Typically assisting the opening team to prepare for the day. Putting out as much product as possible as well as putting out any new or trending products we may have. -Ensuring that the floor is up to par for the day, including organizing, cleaning etc. -Merchandising walls and fixtures to ease the work on the consumer side including pairing outfits and color threading. -Developing positive relationships with coworkers to ensure the best service we can provide to consumers.-Maintaining knowledge in not only apparel, where I typically work, but having diverse knowledge for the footwear and equipment we offer in store and online.
