As the Special Projects Coordinator, I lead the management of the Designing for Accessibility initiative,a grant-funded project aimed at advancing accessible design within the museum.

In my role as Strategic Development Coordinator, I demonstrate a deep understanding in aligning objectives with organizational mission, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency. I ensure team alignment and adherence to crucial deadlines and reporting requirements for our in depth grant process. Additionally, I establish foundational processes that fostered sustainability and operational excellence within the team, showcasing my skills in cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.

In my role as Special Projects Coordinator, I showcased my skills in project management, collaboration, and problem-solving. I collaborated on various initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and goal achievement, while also collaborating with external organizations to create inclusive employment opportunities for adults with disabilities through a tailored coffee shop venture.

As Program Manager, I nurtured a tight-knit team atmosphere, fostering open communication and collaboration among 8 dedicated professionals serving adults with disabilities. Day in and day out, I oversaw the ins and outs of our program, making sure schedules flowed smoothly and participants received the support they needed. I took the lead in simplifying our procedures and creating new roles, boosting our efficiency and ensuring we kept growing and adapting to meet the changing needs of our community.
