I have a real knack for identifying client needs and am passionate about delivering excellent service and support to create a positive experience.Before working in client success management, I spent 11 years as a Sales Associate, Assistant Manager and finally the Manager of a Telecommunication Store. Leading a team of sales reps and customer service associates, I learned the importance of building company culture, developing my team, and making data-informed decisions to drive results.Prior to my time in telecommunications, I worked as a caregiver in assisted living for five years. This role taught me the importance of empathy, compassion, and active listening.
