This included revenue/expense reporting against budgets for management and the team; payroll officer for employees; and manager of supplier accounts and client fees. As the appointed Communications Leader I prepared all client and other communications to be technically correct, compliant and succinct, and distributed in a timely manner.It was my responsibility to manage the performance appraisal process for all support staff.
