I managed Auction Frogs event software for data entry and design, and supported all aspects of event planning, including setup, operations, and wrap-up.

The Tropical Research And Conservation Centre (TRACC) is a marine conservation organization situated in the Celebes Sea, committed to safeguarding sea turtles and reviving coral reefs damaged by Malaysia's local fish bombing practices. Throughout my tenure at TRACC, I facilitated the certification of 58 divers across various diving specialties, such as Rescue and Divemaster, and gained significant expertise in leading scientific dives and conservation initiatives. Additionally, I coordinated and successfully conducted professional-level Divemaster graduation events.

While employed at Dragon Dive, I had the privilege of certifying my inaugural open water and advanced open water students, exploring the stunning and biodiverse waters of Komodo National Park. Moreover, I gained significant experience and confidence teaching and guiding in strong, unpredictable currents, necessitating adept risk management, sound judgment, and swift reaction time.

Vibe Tribe Adventures Colorado, is a national 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing outdoor recreation and adventure sports experiences for Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), and allies. Their mission revolves around facilitating urban community members in connecting with, reuniting with, or deepening their inherent relationship with nature through various avenues, including outdoor recreation, extreme sports engagement, backcountry and water safety education, environmental stewardship, access to employment in the outdoor industry, and fostering entrepreneurship in the field. During my tenure at Vibe Tribe Adventures, I orchestrated several events and activities, contributed to the organization's outreach efforts by crafting and sharing engaging social media content, and took on a key role in updating VTA's website. Additionally, I managed a wide array of administrative tasks, including making travel arrangements, coordinating calendars, and handling email correspondence.

Innoceana is a global non-profit dedicated to preserving the ocean for future generations. As a intern at Innoceana I actively participated in daily dive operations, encompassing reef surveys and the acquisition of water quality data. Additionally, I took charge of organizing community beach cleanups and played a key role in enhancing administrative and operational protocols. Moreover, I led the initiative to develop the 2023 intern program.

Biome is a small, woman owned, local business that provides interiorscape and outdoor container services to help create a more productive workplace. As a Horticulture Technician I watered and cared for indoor plants at various business and office buildings while politely and quietly engaging with curious staff and/or the business's clientele.

Managed recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for three out-of-state schools, collaborating across departments to establish strategic objectives and prioritize hiring initiatives. Reviewed and implemented school policies, state statutes, and local authorizer requirements, communicating effectively with school leaders and stakeholders. Developed and implemented a successful project management tool for annual school readiness needs and facilitated the renewal process for a Minnesota charter school contract.
