I graduatied from Agnes Scott College with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health in May 2019. I began working for Community Farmers Markets as a Market Ambassador and a part of my job to maintain the information booth, where I would be able to assist community members with SNAP/EBT benefits to double their dollars for purchasing locally grown and healthy foods. Here, I realized an interest in environmental justice and community nutrition. I believe that everyone deserves access to healthy, local, and affordable food regardless of socioeconomic status. My goal is to work for an organization that has similar beliefs. I have currently worked full time at Community Farmers Markets for 5 (non consecutive) years!
