I oversaw all aspects of scheduling, court bookings, equipment, and registrations for ten teams and over 100 athletes. I brought six new coaches on board this season. I navigated a reduction in available gyms in the city due to the pandemic. I planned and led a Covid-conscious Panda Night to safely foster relationships between club and varsity athletes. I researched and consulted with experts to provide guidance to coaches who were ill themselves or responding to parent inquiries about Covid-19 protocols. I took steps to grow the club while maintaining an elite experience. I provided administrative support for a new 10-and-under team in addition to our regular programs. I explored a partnership with a strength and conditioning coach. I organized intro sessions to expose athletes to strength training.I updated and streamlined club resources. I created an e-handbook to facilitate the transition to my successor. I collaborated with a previous manager to create a comprehensive seasonal task list in a format that can be continuously updated.
