Responsible for the production of multiple digital assets, including, but not limited to: concept, layout and frontend for recruitment landing pages, new business proposals; engaging and customized newsletters implemented with Mailchimp and/or Sendgrid; several assets for internal communication. The most challenging and satisfying project I worked on was the new recruitment website, the most important recruitment tool - from an extensive as is analysis, to the wireframing, development request for proposal, UI design and follow up on the partner’s website development process. Also worked on creating a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) plan, and generated awaress for the importance of optimization, for recruitment online assets. Another highlight would the the design of a brand new user experience for the internal knowledge base, which presented a unique challenge - to be implemented without resorting to backend development. The result was a definite improvement, acknowledged by both end users and editors.

@NOSFrom October 2015 to June 2022 on the Commercial Web team, at NOS (a major portuguese telecommunications company), as a Senior Digital Designer/Frontend Developer. Tasks include, but are not limited to, creating UX/UI concepts and bringing them to fruition, always keeping up with web and mobile apps best practices. Frontend HTML/CSS/JS programming was used in order to develop those concepts. Usability testing was done throughout, ensuring the quality of the end product. Since the past year, also been a significant part of the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) company project, helping define rules and directions and then implementing them company wide.@FullsixFrontend development for many different website projects, at Fullsix, an award winning digital agency. Responsive and adaptiveness was always a concern while developing a project, because all platforms – desktop, tablet and smartphone - were important considerations.@FundmanagerAnalysis and definition of graphic and usability requirements, consequently redesigning a complex real estate funds web app. Over the course of the project, some graphic design also became a part of its scope, with the designing of several corporate graphic materials.

As the most experienced webdesigner on the team, tasks included requirement analysis, UI design and frontend development, and also implementing digital advertising campaigns, for Impala, a magazine publishing company.One of the most challenging and gratifying projects I worked on at Impala, was the website/digital magazine “A Próxima Viagem”, which was a rich multimedia experience about travelling destinations, with a close connection to an online travel agency, aiming at a soft cross sell.

Webuild is a small digital agency, mostly focused on small institutional websites. I participated on the entire project process, from concept to frontend implementation and backend follow up.

Creating and developing big web portals and web apps, both analytically (Usability Engineering & User Centered Design) and creatively. Some of the tasks include requirement analysis, content architecture definition, graphic creation, frontend programming and usability testing. Some standout projects were the intranet redesign (complete with the development of a standards manual) for DGCI/DGAE (Portuguese fiscal finance entity), a similar project for SIBS, and the SICORP project, which involved several different internet and intranet websites for ICEP/IAPMEI (now AICEP, a public entity for foreign investment).Worked as a freelance design for the next 2 years, on several relevant projects.

Worked at Simple Blue, a small design agency, as an intern, for nearly two years, while graduating from college. Was an invaluable experience, with the acquirement of many different skills, which complemented my education. First steps in digital design, but mostly working in advertising campaigns for Unilever brands.
