Talent Acquisition Manager
CurrentUtilize multiple sourcing channels such as legal job boards, professional associations, social media, and employee referrals to attract top legal talent.Review resumes and applications to identify candidates with the required legal expertise and experience in government procurement.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' legal skills, experience in government procurement, and overall suitability for the firm.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders within the firm.Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, ensure all necessary paperwork is completed, and assist in onboarding by providing new hires all necessary information and resources.Develop and maintain digital recruitment trackers to monitor the progress of each candidate through the recruitment process, and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws, industry regulations, and firm policies.Work closely with hiring managers, HRBP, and other HR team members to align recruitment efforts with business needs.
