Territory Brand Activation Manager
Current■ Develop new volume in Southern California Off & On Premise target accounts. ■ Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts. ■ Set goals with distributor to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets. ■ Work with distributor sales force to monitor progress and ensure goals are achieved. ■ Participate in regular review meetings with Distributor Management, track progress to volume, distribution goals, identify areas of opportunity, address any business concerns and review key marketing programs for assigned territory. ■ Monitor distributor execution weekly and address all shortfalls when they occur with corrective actions plans. ■ Successfully execute all Off & On Premise events and complete execution recaps. ■ Provide monthly program recaps to Regional Manager and identify any issues/concerns that can be improved upon with future programs. ■ Provide monthly sales training and communication to distributor sales force in areas of brand trend awareness and sales technique. ■ Manage all sales expenses, plus inventory and Global Spirits POS with distributors. ■ Ensure all efforts and sales involvement is in strict compliance with state and federal laws.A Fortune 500 Company in Europe, Global Spirits was established in 2008 and has offices in New York, Moscow and Kiev, employing over 5,000 people.
