Min avdelning ansvarade för extern produktion (Tolling) i EMEA och tillhörande supply chain-aktiviteter såsom IBP, produktionsplanering, materialstyrning, lagerstyrning och masterdata i SAP.

Implementering av ett redovisningssystemet Visma integrerat med tids-, och lönesystem i syfte för företaget att sköta sin redovisning ”in house”. Jag skötte löpande redovisning hösten 2019 inkl. bokslut. I uppdraget ingick även att utbilda personal inom redovisning och övrig administration.

Ansvarade för kvaliteten i redovisningen, skötte balans-, och resultaträkningsavstämningar, periodiseringar, koncerninterna avstämningar, skatt-, och momsdeklarationer. Jag ansvarade även för insamling och uppföljning av material vid revision.

I managed the Logistics function in Sweden including Supply and Demand planning, Transports, Inventory planning, 3PL partner, Sales Office, Tele sales. There were ten people in the team and they became twelve after the merge of Customer Care with Sales Office. Part of the Sales Management team, Point of Sales.

I managed the Sales Office and Telesales department and I was also responsible for our ERP-system, MS Navision. I was a part of the Sales Management team for Point of Sales. Five direct reports.
