Maria Warren, Vice President, joined McBee in 2010 and leads the Advisory and Clinical Consulting teams across the care continuum. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the healthcare industry to guide our clients in improving clinical outcomes, increasing cash flow, and developing best practice operations.Prior to taking on this leadership role, Maria led her team in revenue cycle assessments, CBO set-up and re-design, and interim management positions. Her areas of expertise include revenue cycle and operational re-design and strategy, EMR feature functionality reviews, post-acquisition financial reconciliations, and clinical diligence support. Maria is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Policy and Administration. She is a member of HHFMA Advisory Board and Workgroup and speaks regularly at conferences nationally.
