- Prepare and update the study material.- Introduction to graphic design field and main design principles.- Train participants on 2D programs (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign) and distinguish usage of each one of them.- Develop and produce applications based on each program tools.

- Design all branding designs for Tahrir Lounge regarding to Goethe Institue brand identity guidelines.- Create attractive 2D designs for TLG social media networks /website and print (flyers – brochures – booklets – posters – rollups - FB cover photos - logos - newsletter - monthly program etc.…). - Responsible for the quality of printed materials, printing process and follow-up with the printing house. - Supervise designers to follow the guidelines for any design and revise all designs before printing to produce accurate and high quality work.- Make correction on artwork using various of applications.- Estimate the required time to every task in the department.- Attend creative and production meetings and meeting clients to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the task.- Support Art Directors in creation of campaigns concept, presentation (main theme and images mode).- Evaluate every person in the team to measure their qualification and increase their competence and productivity.
