As a Communications Specialist at ADNOC City Gas, the latest addition to the esteemed ADNOC Group, I play a pivotal role in managing both internal and external communications. My responsibilities encompass crafting and executing holistic marketing and communication strategies, shaping our brand narrative, establishing our market positioning, and driving our sustainability initiatives. I am dedicated to nurturing valuable relationships with our diverse stakeholders.In addition to these responsibilities, I support ADNOC’s Culture Renovation Task Force, create the yearly action plan, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) that include engagement activities, recognition, team-building activities, e-learning courses, workshops for line managers, well-being programs, townhalls, and developing specific toolkits for all ADNOC City Gas employees.
