• As a Training Specialist, I led projects of the customer vertical in training. • Worked with more than 20 countries. • On a daily basis, I actively collaborated with PMO, PO, KB, and QA to make sure our projects go smoothly from the very first minute until we hit our KPI targets. • I designed and created training materials (both continuous and onboarding training) in Adobe photoshop, Rise, Vyond, H5P, Genially, MS programs.• Created different types of training, such as : Self-Learning, ILT, Blended• Created Soft skill training modules.• A very important part of my job was reporting: training results, achievements, room for improvement. • Led train-the-trainer sessions (in English and Spanish).• Learning Management System management.• I planned, designed, created and implemented an Onboarding program.

• When working as an operations trainer in Georgia, I was in charge of training a team of over 100 people. • I led both, continuous trainings and onboarding. • In parallel, I was covering LCC (Local Content Coordinator) tasks to make sure our Knowledge Base was perfectly tailored. • Reported to the head of Live Operations on a weekly basis.
