After earning my Economics degree from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!) in 1985, I embarked on a journey that led me to marry Chuck Cunningham, a Hampton native. Together, we've raised a loving family of ten children.My journey into real estate began when I was searching for a home during our move from Virginia Beach to Northern Virginia in 1999. Over the past 23 years, I have proudly called Fairfax my home, actively participating in our local church, community sports, Special Olympics, military family support organizations (two of my sons proudly serve as Marines!), and various civic volunteering initiatives.For the past twelve years, I have also been the founder and director of a private educational therapy practice, dedicated to serving learning challenged students in Northern Virginia.
