With over ten years of work experience in operations management, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to impact lives. I have a PharmD degree from Tanta University, an MBA in ERP Management, and MS MIS from Lamar University. I currently work as Director I BCFS Health and Human Services, overseeing the program's quality and financial forecasting. I am motivated by the mission and vision of BCFS, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.I leverage my skills in operations management, logistics, supply chain management, and EMR to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of services. I mentor the employees in providing excellent customer service, problem-solving, and innovation. I work with the managers to plan, execute, and monitor projects and collect and analyze the data to maintain the program's forecast. I am involved in implementing and deploying the EMR system, providing technical, administrative, and operational support throughout the process. I also provide guidelines and standards to streamline the work processes and help the employees to improve their skills by taking appropriate courses. I measure the performance and quality of the work using KPIs and SOPs, and I initiate improvements and changes as needed. I am proud to be part of a team that is committed to success.
