Mainly assisting the holding companies, CPFL Energia and CPFL Renováveis, both listed in B3's Novo Mercado segment, with the Board of Directors, Advisory Committees and Commissions, Fiscal Council and Shareholders' Meetings. Main activities include analysis of proposals submitted to said governance agents, draft of minutes, secretariat of meetings, support to members, register of documents before CVM and Board of Trade, when applicable, and elaboration/revision of their internal regulations and governance guidelines. Also, support on corporate governance and Corporations Law to the generation and transmission companies, as well as Joint Ventures of the Group, in organization of Board of Directors, Fiscal Council and Shareholders' Meetings, as well as revision of Shareholders' Agreements, when applicable, and Bylaws.

Lawyer assisting up to 33 companies of the Power Sector in CPFL Energia Group, involving distribution, trading, generation power plants, transmission and services providing businessess. Main activities involve weekly Board of Executive Officers meetings for both holding and controlled companies, Board of Directors and Shareholders/Partners meetings of controlled companies, including elaboration of Minutes, analysis of threshold for resolution of subjects submitted to the administrative bodies and secretariat of meetings. Also works on drafting and execution of changes in Bylaws and Articles of Association, drawing up and registration of corporate documents before different States Boards of Trading (Jucesp, Jucergs, Jucepar), as well as publication of documents when required in ANEEL, CVM, Official Gazette and newspapers. Other relevant activities regard assistance in merge by incorporation processes, opening and regularisation of branches, issuance of legal opinion when in relationship with other business areas (Financial, Accounting, Energy Planning, Supply Department, among others) regarding strategic matters submitted to the administrative bodies, as well as other recommendations concerning Corporate Law, governance and internal regulation of the companies.
