-Lead the Project Managers team.-Advise clients on defining the message that should be communicated, the audiences to whom it should be communicated and through what media and communication platforms.-Organize tasks and define roles within the team.-Lead initiatives with clients.-Interact with the creative and digital areas to fulfill different tasks.-Grow the number of projects and revenue from current clients.

-In charge of full sales cycle for new and renewing members.-Pitching, touring, negotiating and executing contracts.-Generate new pipeline for covered buildings.-Structure custom sales deals for prospects along with the Sales Commitee.

-Plan and execute B2B events including conventions, incentive trips, product launches, conferences and company outings both national and abroad.-Responsible for the end-to-end event management. Pre-planning, execution, supervision, and post-event follow-up with clients, partners and vendors.-Lead the bidding proposals based on a tailor made strategy along with the marketing and production teams.-Manage the groups and conventions team to develop work strategies to ensure mayor productivity and efficiency.-Negotiate and create agreements with commercial partners and vendors both abroad and in Mexico.

- Detect new opportunities in the assigned portfolio.- Prepare quotes and presentations for bidding proposals.- Operate all tasks of the event with the eventual staff team.- Follow up with clients on their next events and maintain a strong commercial relationship.- Do all post-event administrative processes such as billing the client and making sure all payments are in order.
