During my trainee experience, when I could apply theory from university in combination with a lot of operation precious knowledge, I was able to grasp from shopfloor workers and lab technicians. By the gained hands-on experience in data analysis and close observation to come up with improvement and optimization for our processes, I became the Lab Coordinator.Through constant training, education, and individual development plans the team acquired a solid basis for the activities they performed, and I could bring together a group which became fully conscious of their potential. This enabled them to see quality as a competitive differential and thus I could address technical challenges, enhance product quality, collaborate with other departments, and help the business achieving its goals.As current Quality Manager, I have direct contact with global strategies, which allowed me to connect people, build America`s Quality Strategy and set up all ideas to add more value to business needs.Along my career so far, I`ve found myself passionate for people, that they are the core of any successful activity or department.
