Census coordinator - the most significant statistical operation carried out worldwide, which seeks to gain information about population and housing.My role was to manage a team within my parish to ensure that as many people as possible took part in the census.When faced with this challenge, I developed managerial skills and learned the importance of being supportive, listening and being available to my team members, enabling us to pull together to meet a common goal.I also developed conflict management, empathic communication and professional organisation skills.

I completed an internship at the Leiripantone marketing agency as part of an undergraduate degree in Marketing.During my time there, I worked on developing complaints and feedback management tools because I understood the importance of allowing customers’ voices to be heard and improving their customer experience by enabling them to provide feedback.I also worked on optimising the sales process, so that all stakeholders had access to each customer’s full file, generating increased proximity and helping cut down on mistakes.

My first summer job when I was 15 was working in a clothes and décor shop in a very touristy location. For the next 6 years, I would keep working there every summer and during festive periods. I feel like I truly grew up in the shop, where I went from being a shy young girl to a woman with high levels of responsibility.I gained confidence communicating with people of different nationalities, a sense of responsibility, organisational skills, conflict resolution capacities when providing customer service and experience working in a team.
