As a biotechnologist, I bring more than 2 years of experience in Management and Quality Control, complemented by a Master's degree in Molecular Biology and a PhD in Environmental Biotechnology. I had the opportunity to expand my international experience during a sandwich doctorate at the University of Minho in Portugal, where I developed skills in a high-level academic environment and in collaboration with multicultural teams.I have a solid background in technical documentation and adapting projects to current standards and regulations. My skills include drafting, reviewing and managing critical documents, ensuring traceability and compliance in line with the requirements of the Quality Management System. My training in ABNT NBR ISO 9001:2015, ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ABNT NBR 19011:2018 is robust, with practical experience in internal audits and certification processes with regulatory agencies such as INMETRO.With extensive laboratory experience as a quality control analyst, I have developed skills in managing and resolving non-conformities, mitigating risks and training teams through quality training. I have mastered quality management methods and tools, including PDCA, 5S, SWOT, agile methodologies, Six Sigma (Green Belt), Lean Manufacturing, SAP, Workflow, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), enabling me to implement significant and continuous improvements in process and projects.Communicative and with a positive attitude, I stand out for my adaptability, ease in building relationships and working with teams in multicultural and challenging environments.
