I lead ESTIEM Grants Committee's International Team, responsible for the obtention of funding from European Institutions. My tasks include analyzing grant opportunities, analyzing requirements, writing grant applications, reporting to the EU and in general managing the operating grants.

ESTIEM is the Largest European Student Association of Industrial Engineering and Management with an internal structure of +150 people, presence in 75 different cities, 27 countries and a reach of 60K students, organising over 180 events yearly.I'm responsible for organizing the biggest event of this network and managing a team of +50 people and a budget of 65k.

As Local Responsible of ESTIEM Local Group Aveiro, my tasks are:• making strategic plans for the Local Group,• be the connector between Central ESTIEM and the Local Group• organize local and central events with the rest of the Local Group• maintaining the work of the Local Board (scheduling and facilitating local meetings)
