TrustYou operates out of 5 offices in the US, Europe and Asia. I'm based in Madrid's office and these are my main responsabilities:• Perform user research, test product hypotheses, select and define product features that address user needs. • Refine product plan based on customer and market research to develop USPs for the product. • Stay on top of industry news and market trends to anticipate my customers’ problems before they report them to me.• Define, measure, and react to success KPIs for my features and products.• Coordinate with other PMs at TrustYou and the VP of Product regarding the strategic direction of the product.• Participate in and lead cross-team projects that require multiple development teams to executes.• Create and take responsibility for the product roadmap. • Shape business processes by providing instructions and collaboration with customer-facing departments.• Write user stories to succinctly and clearly express development objectives. • Manage engineering backlog and sprint or kanban boards.• Keep frequent communication with the engineering department and all other stakeholders in marketing, customer support, sales and key account management, and management, before and after the releases.• Approve new feature releases to ensure features work as expected.• In charge of the mobile app on Android and iOS for all TrustYou products.
