Leadership role working with the Global Marketing team to drive and implement ‘demand generation’ marketing activities, work closely with the Sales Leaders across the region to ‘enable sales’ through delivering customer, market and competitive insights and materials.Main activities and duties:• Day to day management of LA field marketing associates• Working leader, building and delivering on the LA marketing plan• Management and localized execution of centrally constructed marketing campaigns• Compiling& analyzing data, and preparing reports and/or recommendations• Preparation and management of Sales & Marketing materials and presentations for the Sales Team• Coordinates logistics, creative services and production activity for corporate tradeshows and events;• Works with internal and external resources to plan and execute show objectives; Responsibilities include managing the tradeshow calendar and budget, purchasing exhibit space, arranging booth set-up and tear-down, securing exhibitor services, and assisting with event-related marketing and promotion- Manage and organize events thru Latin America, tradeshows as CIAB for more than 5.000 people per day and local events in Mexico and Columbia, as webinar and email drip campaign during pandemic periodPresident of WIN Brazil (Women in NCR) network of thought leaders and advocates, to support NCR in becoming a diverse, inclusive and equitable place for women to thrive and succeed.​​, with continue to develop the communities where we live and work.​​​​ Activities as social work, talks shows and mentoring are part of current Brazil process.

• Responsible for Sales Operations supporting LA Financial Services division through the implementation of Sales Cadence, development of new Management System of NCR Brazil and LA, • Expert in sales coverage model, provide guidance and advice to increase sales/efficiency • Data Management, Sales tools / CRM focal point, business presentations, communication, direct support to LA FS Leadership Team; • Business Analytics management and dashboards/metrics development• Develop a clear understanding of the sales process to understand how process improvements can drive increased sales productivity• Support end-to-end order fulfillment processes, taking into account country-specific requirements (both market-driven and legal/statutory), reducing excess capacity and providing support on managing resources accordingly, accelerating the utilization of sales tools; on-going resource alignment and right-sizing, resulting in CLA Services income improvement.• Work with sales and demand planning for O/L accuracy, driving sales quota process and order management• Collaboration with all related areas involved with sales (HR, Finance, Operations) to guarantee process efficiency
