Mariana Hernandez joined Brown and Caldwell in July 2022 as a Marketing Specialist. Based in the Miami office, Mariana will be working closely with the EBU Marketing Team on proposals, strategic business development, and marketing efforts for the Florida area. She brings 5 years of experience in proposal development and marketing collateral design, such as advertising design, digital marketing campaigns, brochures, and PowerPoint presentations.Prior to joining BC, Mariana served as a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator for 300 Engineering Group where she led the marketing department and was involved in preparing winning proposals and qualification packages for state municipalities, governments agencies and private sector pursuits.

Assists in the development of marketing proposals, which includes ensuring that documents are secure and in line with company standards, facilitating the proposal review process, and guiding the production of the final draft. Coordinates the developing proposals and statements of qualifications in response to requests for proposals or qualifications (RFPs/RFQs), as well as PowerPoint presentations, and other written and/or designed marketing materials for engineering services to meet requirements and deadlines of clients.
