During my internship, I took part in several key activities. In the field of recruitment and selection, I was involved in screening CVs, conducting preliminary interviews and organising group dynamics, improving my ability to identify talent. I also represented the company at fairs, promoting the employer brand and establishing connections with candidates and educational institutions.I developed a project in collaboration with the company and the university, focussing on referral policies. In this project, I analysed current practices and proposed new strategies to encourage employees to recommend candidates, with the aim of increasing efficiency in recruitment and strengthening the corporate culture.
