During my internship, I took part in several key activities. In the field of recruitment and selection, I was involved in screening CVs, conducting preliminary interviews and organising group dynamics, improving my ability to identify talent. I also represented the company at fairs, promoting the employer brand and establishing connections with candidates and educational institutions.I developed a project in collaboration with the company and the university, focussing on referral policies. In this project, I analysed current practices and proposed new strategies to encourage employees to recommend candidates, with the aim of increasing efficiency in recruitment and strengthening the corporate culture.

I'm responsible for matching portuguese youth with our professional internships, while managing the international recruitment process for young students that want to gain professional experience abroad. We are currently recruiting in Business Administration, Business Development, Marketing and Engineering areas!I'm mainly responsible for: - Managing the development and sales of Global Talent in short-term duration, for youth;- Managing the standard operating procedures to approve the potential candidates for our opportunities;- Attract and recruit students between 18 to 30 years old for our opportunities abroad.- Ensuring our Portuguese candidates fulfillment of the requirements of our professional internships, choosing the best opportunities for their profiles.
