I worked on the AvecGo project, the new self-service SaaS Avec (checkout, onboarding, and customer service), with the following responsibilities:- Prioritizing and strategically defining key features of the MVP, ensuring value gain for Micro and Small cluster customers.- Conducting usability tests with the design team, involving customers who use the legacy product to make informed decisions for the new product.- Developing the customer journey and defining communication triggers to maintain engagement with the product.- Mapping triggers for tagging using Mixpanel.- Participating in the development of the Go-to-Market strategy.- Market and competition analysis.- Managing and developing the squad's roadmap and backlog.- Writing user stories and participating in squad ceremonies.- Assisting in UX decisions based on Product Discovery.- Mentoring and developing new interns in the Product area.I also worked as Product Owner launching the new Avec website where B2C customers can schedule appointments and make online payments at partner establishments Avec.app.- Prioritizing improvements in the AvecApp, AvecPro, and AvecConta applications.- Mentoring and developing new interns in the Product area.- Collecting feedback and analyzing customer engagement.- Managing and developing the squad's roadmap and backlog.- Writing user stories and participating in squad ceremonies.
