I have a comprehensive professional skillset built up through various financial roles, over the last 20 years, working in Switzerland, Singapore, The Netherlands and South Africa, for 3 multinational groups namely South32, BHP Billiton and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Most recently, I have been member of board of directors, responsible for a Swiss entity (South32) reporting and advising on key financial and internal control matters. My previous roles included being responsible for the governance and risk function of BHP Billiton's marketing division, covering enterprise wide risk management and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. I have also been in business controlling functions at BHP Billiton, leading teams of up to 6. I started my career at Pricewaterhousecoopers, working in Audit and Transaction Services.I am a South African Chartered Accountant, and hold a C Permit for Switzerland.
