As a Business Analyst, most of my efforts were focused on elicitation of requirements, facilitating workshops, identifying, and engaging with relevant stakeholders. These activities enabled me to establish project goals and objectives, planning and defining solutions for a transformation and migration of our global HR and Finance components used in all Emergn.Due to the nature of the project, associated with my previously acquired technical skills, I was also involved more deeply in figuring out solutions for technical problems and designing the data model, in a supporting and advising role to other colleagues. Throughout my stay with Emergn, I worked with different team members – with different responsibilities and backgrounds – to create optimal conditions within teams, fostering collaboration and self- organization through autonomy and empowerment.

During my time at Deloitte, I had the chance of working in a diverse range of projects and roles, in multiple industries such as Telco, Utility and Media, in teams ranging from a few individuals to dozens of individuals.I started my journey by briefly participating in the development of an application with Outsystems. Afterwards I moved towards a position in a PMO dedicated to supporting the planning, management, coordination and operational control of various initiatives associated with IT. These activities included management of communication, scope, risks and issues of the initiatives amongst multiple stakeholders.At Deloitte, I also had the opportunity of participating in the development, and subsequent migration, of a CRM with hundreds of users and information about millions of customers. Additionally, I performed GDPR gap analysis and implementation of the necessary functionality to be in compliance with the regulation throughout the migration. For this I used PL/SQL technology, based on Oracle systems, but also leveraged my previous experience to help manage and coordinate communication, scope, and risks between major stakeholders.Finally, in my last experience, I was a lead Program Manager in a couple of initiatives based on SAP SuccessFactors for multiple customers abroad. In doing so, I was able to participate in initiatives affecting dozens of thousands of users. In this position I lead a small team, coordinating the interdependencies between initiatives, providing guidance, facilitating cross-team communication, as well as plan, report and monitor the progress of these initiatives.

During my time at Accenture, my responsibilities included different aspects of project management and the software development lifecycle. I had the opportunity to work in bug tracking and management, in which I was introduced to the usage of high-end bug tracking and management software applications and had the opportunity to do bug tracking reporting for analysis of SLA compliance and other related KPIs. One of my responsibilities was also that of tester, in which I had the opportunity to develop skills in writing test scripts, develop testing plans, do unit testing of developed components as well as regression testing of already developed components whenever new components were added. I also had the opportunity to write functional specifications for new developments of software components in interaction with already developed ones, as well as engage in client facing discussions of all of the actions detailed above.During this time at Accenture I worked in initiatives that were used, directly or indirectly, by hundreds of thousands of users.
