- HR Business Partner for 5 departments of the club (Sales, Infrastructure, Data Analytics and both of the structures of the Youth Teams), which corresponds to more than 90 employees (almost 40% of the total), executing multiple HR programs related to the employee life-cycle with them, such as recruitment process, onboarding and employee development;- Led the project of analysis of our onboarding process, creating, firstly, an interview about the employee’s experience after 3 months of company (to collect data about the quality of our current onboarding process), then designed a dashboard for these informations and monitored it for months in order to understand the main necessities of change and, at the end, structured and released a new process.
