The Engagement and Collaboration Ambassador Lead will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, consistent, and positive employee engagement experience between the Monterrey and São Leopoldo locations next to Diversity & Inclusion Leadership and COO Office.

- Implemented the concept of formal SLAs and IRT definitions for theteam and trained the colleagues to maintain high level of responseand partner satisfaction.- Collaborate with the simplification of SAP processes with highattention to the details to reduce complexities for partners andinternally.-Created Annual Training Plan for the Team to align people profile withSAP strategy.-Regional Lead for LAC responsible for achieving and executing thedefined KPIs and criteria for simplification and transparency.-Identification of whitespaces in alignment with local owners andstakeholders.-Reviewing and monitoring the strategy and criteria for newcandidates as per process defined by the regions.-Closely alignment with stakeholders, including C-Level and globalleadership teams.

Cultures@SAP is an employee-driven initiative that emerged out of the need to help all SAP employees worldwide promote the sense of diversity, inclusiveness and multicultural understanding.Main responsabilities:Inspiring leadership: develop and manage the volunteer’s group through example and teamwork;Connection with the theme: have and develop knowledge about issues pertinent to multicultural collaboration and workplace inclusion.Engage with the community: ease to work with a team, looking to increase the number of members and the quality of volunteer contribution.Advise and give constructive feedback to this network’s team.Network’s management: coordinate initiatives (campaigns and actions), measurement of results and assure the progress is constant.Stakeholders’ management: work alongside global and regional teams of Diversity & Inclusion, HR, local Communications and partners.Conduct meetings and annual planning, share experiences and alignment with members of the voluntary group.Represent SAP as speaker in external events.

I organize and manage customer visits and events, including executive and VIP visits at SAP Labs Latin America. I establish and maintain contact with sales and pre-sales areas as well as customers throughout Latin America. I also manage the Labs Ambassadors group, developing training, presentations, and agendas.
