InnovAction Lab was an amazing entrepreneurial experience. In four very intense months I had the chance to learn how to run a start-up successfully, and to put these concepts into action. I formed a team with guys coming from different academical backgrounds, I was lectured by some of the highest experts in the Italian start-up scene, and I received one-on-one mentorship by a successful entrepreneur.In this time I learned how to transform a simple idea in a real project, estimate his market potential, how to calculate the lifetime value of a customer, how to modify the business strategy according to customers’ feedback, and to finally pitch the business idea to potential investors.
