Project development in the Commercial area using the PDCA method, through the Insper's Effective Problem Solving program, which received the Falconi's Yellow Belt Planning Certificate for the excellence of the final project.Brief Project Description:One of Comgás’s products in the B2B segment had a low adherence index. The purpose of the project, carried out during my academic program at Insper, was to investigate the possible causes for this situation and come up with solutions to it. We thus carried out an in-depth analysis of the sector's reality, including study of historical data of various real cases and on-site visits to some of these clients’ connection works. We understood the problem and conceived hypothetical reasons for it. For each problem identified, we created different action plans. This project was among the top 3 of the year and received Falconi's Yellow Belt certification.
