Technical expertise and training to 19 State of Michigan departments; University of Michigan employees, supervisors and managers; and in the private sector for job accommodation, job retention and employee return-to-work efforts.My Belief: Most people can achieve more than they thought was possible and that it often takes a coach to get the desired outcome.
