- Customer service, providing appropriate solutions and advice to clients.- Reviewing outstanding issues for clients, ensuring proper follow up with them and serve as a communication bridge between them and software development department.- Business Analysis, Knowledge of Supply Chain management and daily operations on customer’s side- Epicor product training courses, ERP certification scheme

-Communication with suppliers to obtain measurement data of each SKU in the product catalog. -Design and creation of the Productive Warehouses project for future implementation in the Purchasing Department of the company.
