Duties and Responsibilities• Effectively manage and influence Sales Representative via coaching and/or mentoring them to be aligned with company goals and objective.• Effectively gather and analyze data to create plans to meet with company goals and objectives• Effectively assess issues and concern for proper troubleshooting to meet with goals and objectives.• Generating sales by initiating programs specific to account/territory needs.• Effectively gather data from different means including through fieldwork and analyze it for either creating marketing plans or evaluating already executed ones.• Knowledgeable in creating appropriate marketing plans in alignment with company goals and objectives.• Creative in initiating action plans and collaborating with others to achieve goals.• Generate sales by proper execution and monitoring of marketing activities• Negotiations with different accounts for maximizing potential sales. • Establishing professional relationship with different accounts and customers for more effective transactions.• Mastering product knowledge in order to effectively match customer's needs with given company products/services while maintaining within company goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:• Oversee overall operation within the territory including the distribution operation of the assigned Distributor of the territory and other third party agency such as those related with Trade Marketing (Merchandisers, Promodisers, and etc.) while properly monitor and influence IMS(In Marketing Sales) and STT(Sales to Trade) to meet or exceed monthly Objectives.• Conduct Daily Fieldwork and Auditing either alone or with Distributor Salesman to the different accounts correcting any found concerns (such as shelve display concern, stocking deficit, delivery concerns, Dicer concern, etc.)• Correctly and effectively Maintain Warehouse inventory of Distributor/Distributors and conduct collection upon due date of their Invoices.• Conduct, Monitor and Initiate Trade Marketing Activities to increase sales while effectively balancing cost to sales ratio with maximum benefit for the company.• Assure needed Shelve display at Account and initiate Display Rentals if needed such as providing Tactical Modules and others while also monitoring the cost to sales ratio.• Conduct Needed Coordination Meeting with Distributor and Third Party agencies.• Submit Needed Reports for company monitoring of Territory and as per company policy.

Duties and Responsibilities:-Promote, Provide Product knowledge and answer any concerns if any to customers/Doctors of assigned line (Assigned with CSO GlaxoSmithKline under the Access Team initiative, Mostly innovator products of Anti-asthma, Anti-infective and Antihistamines).-As part of Access Team, we increase patient reach by scouting new and potential M.D. (Medical Doctor) for inclusion on master list which is not yet covered or added by any Medical Representative from GlaxoSmithKline.-Maintain at least 92% Call Volume and 90% Call Reach.-Implement certain marketing activities such as discount coupons distribution, product demo, activity presentation, etc.-Routinely check near Pharmacy/Drugstore within the area for availability of promoting products and other necessary related information including competitor’s activity if any.-Properly accomplish and submit timely reports including Call Monitoring, Expense report, Drugstore Visit report, and others such as activities at that time.
