- Duties and Responsibilities
- Effectively manage and influence Sales Representative via coaching and/or mentoring them to be aligned with company goals and objective.
- Effectively gather and analyze data to create plans to meet with company goals and objectives
- Effectively assess issues and concern for proper troubleshooting to meet with goals and objectives.
- Generating sales by initiating programs specific to account/territory needs.
- Effectively gather data from different means including through fieldwork and analyze it for either creating marketing plans or evaluating already executed ones.
