Marian joined Merrill Private Wealth Management and the Jones Zafari Group in 2019. Before joining Merrill, Marian was a Project Manager at JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley in Asia. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in overseeing and successfully executing key projects, such as brokerage setup, re-engineering and system implementations for both equity and fixed income teams based in China, Hong Kong, India, Korea and Pakistan. As part of the Jones Zafari Palo Alto team, Marian takes on the roles of chief operating officer and Senior Relationship Manager. Passionate about working with families, she finds fulfillment in helping them through holistic financial planning and a superb service experience.Marian received her Master of Economics and Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from the University of Hong Kong. Currently she holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®) designation.Marian lives in Palo Alto with her husband and their two children. She is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
